Vanderbilt Construction Group (VCG), based in Florida, Georgia, and Ohio, has partnered with a local company called Riedy Construction. The owner of VCG, Don Janik, is from Cleveland and has children in Sandusky and Huron. His children showed him the need for affordable housing in the area, and Don wants to be a part of Sandusky's growth.

A lifelong resident of Sandusky, Brian oversees the day-to-day construction operations, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
Officially opened in 2023, long time coming! Brian’s motivation derived from starting a family. Born and raised locally. Striving for customer satisfaction and giving value and quality to homes inside and out.
